Petite Mini Session Agreement

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time with Heather Roth.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are due in full at time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable, but a credit can be applied for future use. Heather Roth has a minimum sign-up requirement and has the right to cancel or postpone the sessions. In the case of this cancellation, all moneys will be refunded.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive a few minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if individual(s) fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. DO NOT BE LATE!

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Roth Photography.

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions. Client must use photo credit on all social media platforms.

DELIVERY: Client will receive an online gallery before Valentine's Day.
