Mini Session Agreement

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 10 minutes of studio shooting time with Santa & Heather Roth.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are due in full at time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Roth Photography.

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions. Client must use photo credit on all social media platforms.

DELIVERY: Client will receive (10) high resolution digital files via electronic download in one weeks time.

CREATIVE FEE: $225

There is a HEPA filter in the studio.

The bathroom is a shared room with the other tenants of the building.

This is a Christmas shoot, dress festive or in holiday jammies.
