ABOUT THE STUDIO

The studio space is a little over 360 square feet of glorious natural light thanks to two large west facing windows and 12 foot ceilings. Sheer white curtains are used to diffuse light and offer privacy. Located in the heart of Maplewood with easy, safe & convenient parking, the studio is available for rent to other creative professionals. The space offers a shared tenant restroom, complimentary wi-fi and bluetooth speaker all for your convenience. If you’d like to arrange a meet and greet, shoot me an email to hsrphoto@me.com.

DAY USE RATES

Please note, rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Rates are locked for your time at the studio after the balance is paid in full.

Hourly Rate: $55/hour Monday - Thursday, $65/hour Friday - Sunday (2 Hour Minimum)

Day Rate: (8 Hours) $400/day Monday - Thursday, $475/day Friday - Sunday

VIP Punch Card: Prepaid $350 non-refundable (8) 1 hour rentals to be used by November 30th, 2021 (weekdays only).

Hourly rental periods are 60 minutes. The rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Time includes load in and load out of building. I require commercial liability insurance, a signed contract, abiding of the House Rules (see below) and balance paid in full to secure your date and time. 

Need to reschedule? Your date can be transferred to another mutually acceptable date only with advance notice of 10 business days or more. In the case of a newborn reschedule, advance notice is not required.

I accept check (made payable to Heather Roth Photography, cash, PayPal (hsrphoto@me.com), Venmo (@HeatherRothPhotography) or credit card. Venmo, PayPal & credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.

INCLUDED AMENITIES

The base rate includes access to the space. Other amenities of basic furniture: couch, chairs, stools, and other small pieces of furniture are available at an additional cost and should be pre-arranged prior to your experience at the studio so I can prepare accordingly. Studio wardrobe is not available to renters at this time.

Couch fee: $30

Chair fee: $15

Stool fee: $15

HOUSE RULES

Leave the studio how you found it. The space must be cleaned, sanitized, garbage taken out, floor swept and furniture put away as it was found. If the studio is not left how it was found a $50 fee will be applied.

No food or liquids (except water) are allowed in the studio space.

No glitter, open flames or paint are allowed in the studio space.

Be kind to the space. If you plan to have a potentially messy situation, please arrange ahead of time.

No smoking or open fire whatsoever is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. A fire extinguisher is available in the studio

Large groups of 6+ people must have prior authorization by the Studio Owner.

Styled shoots must have prior authorization by the Studio Owner.

No alcoholic beverages without prior consent and no non-prescription or illegal drugs.

Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words.

No running, jumping or otherwise boisterous behavior that could bother other tenants of the Premises.

No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.

No pets allowed without prior consent of Studio Owner.

Promptly respond to requests of management to turn down or turn off noise.

Client assumes legal and financial responsibility for any violations resulting from their rental.

There is no way to control the heat, but there is a small space heater that can be used if you’d like it warmer. There is also a fan if you would like it cooler.

You are welcome to turn on the HEPA filter when you arrive, but please remember to turn it off when you leave.

The interior door and outside door must be locked when you leave.

Door Open & Lock System: You will be provided a code to enter.

Damage Policy:  I don’t charge a safety deposit, but it is expected that you treat the space and equipment with care and be responsible for the damage that may occur. Any replacements or repairs will be billed at 1.5x the current retail rate.

There is a ‘no shoes’ policy. When you arrive, please remove your shoes and leave outside or right inside the door on the mat.
