45 minute studio session with Heather

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 45 minutes of shooting time with Heather Roth. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are due in full at time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Heather Roth Photography.

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital files or authorize any reproductions. Client must use photo credit on all social media platforms.

DELIVERY: Client will receive high resolution digital files via electronic download before February 14.

COVID: In effort to keep each of us healthy, we both agree to remain vigilant about health and sanitation before, during and after our shoot together.

COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The studio is very small. Please wait in your car until your time slot.

 This session is for females or couples.

1 - 2 outfit sets preferred. Nudity is fine.

There will be a 15 minute break in between sessions to disinfect.

There is a HEPA filter in the studio.

Please no shoes in the studio. There is a mat for your shoes inside & outside the studio door.

The bathroom is a shared room with the other tenants of the building. Go potty before you arrive! :)

Definitely take advantage of the studio wardrobe & props!

You are not required to wear a mask, but I will be masked.

Please don't come if you are feeling unwell.

No refunds will be made.
